Ms Prasad joins the VBN following extensive experience in technical consulting roles and more recently with government roles in recycling and waste recovery. Welcome Ragini!
The Victorian Bioenergy Network is an organisation that focuses on promoting and facilitating the use of Bioenergy in Victoria, Australia. The VBN has a mission to remove barriers to the wider implementation of biogas as a source of renewable energy through fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
With the need for significant growth renewable biogas to replace natural gas and help fill a potential shortfall in Victoria later this decade, it is critical that government, industry and the community are fully aware of the potential of this sector.
